lost reports after indexing

I recently did a reindex after speaking with technical support to fix a corrupted database. Now I'm trying to find information in a report that I used alot which is the Vendor activity summary report. No information is showing up except for any checks written since I reindexed.
Does reindexing lose all that information for me? And if so how do I get it back?

You said you reindexed to fix a corrupted database. That would be where the information was lost. The corrupt database part.

Do you have a backup made prior to the problem? If so, you can restore that backup to recover the information.

Thank you. If I restore the back up from prior to the reindexing would that not also restore my corrupted database problem?

If the backup was created after the data corruption occurred, then yes, restoring the backup would bring back the corrupted data files.
