Needed Background Check Report

I have entered several people into activities that are listed as needing background checks. However, they do not all show up on the report of people needing background checks. Why are some people missing from this list?

Check their Adult: Y/N field

The background checks only apply to adults in the activity.

Ah...that makes sense. The people missing from the report are not specified in the system as adults.....yet. Thanks.
