We have installed Brother label printer on main PCP plus online system but it will not show up on the tablets drop down when trying to print labels for the kids at check in? Any help? Thanks Lisa

OK .. first I need to ask this. On the tablet, without starting Check-In, is the printer seen? That is, have you previously setup the printer on the tablet, installing drivers, etc?

Thanks, Lisa. If the printer is visible on the tablets but not inside Check-In, the next thing I’d check is whether the Check-In program is seeing printers from the correct Windows/user session and whether the printer is set as available/default on each tablet.

Try this on one tablet first:
- Close Check-In completely and reopen it.
- Make sure the Brother printer is installed locally on that tablet, not just visible as a shared/network discovery printer.
- Set it as the default printer in Windows.
- Then open Check-In and check the printer drop-down again.

If it still doesn’t appear, let us know the exact Brother model and whether the tablets are Windows tablets or something else.
