Error Electronic Filing 941

Hi, I was trying to electronically file my 941 and when I pressed the button I received the following error:

IdsRCli.exe - System Error

The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCR71.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

I am using the online version so there isn't a way to reinstall the program.
