When I run contribution statements, the addressee name is different than what is found in the membership module, i.e Mr John Smith instead of Mr & Mrs John Smith. Mrs Smith, who faithfully contributes, has asked me to change the statement going forward.

Is this possible? I haven't found anything in the contributions module that designates the name of the contributor, but I see that the envelope number is attached to the head of household.

The contribution statement is pulling from the personal profiles not the family mailing name. For both Mr. and Mrs. Smith's names to appear on the statement, both personal profiles need to have the same envelope number. Then the statement should print out as John & Jane Smith (for example).

Aha! Eureka! Now I get it! I always wondered why the newsletter labels (from family mailing list) and contribution statements were addressed differently.
