Contributions aren't hitting the right bank account

Our church recently changed banks and I created the new bank account. The contributions were assigned to this new bank account but now the contributions are not showing up in the new bank account. The new bank account shows a negative balance because all that's being posted to this account are checks.

I looked at how I set up the new bank account and it was identical to how the old account was set up. Does anyone know what could be causing this problem. We're using Powerchurch 9 on Windows Vista. Thanks.

Two things that need to happen:

1. Go to Contributions > Maintain List of Contribution Funds. The new bank account will need to be assigned as the "Debit (bank) account" for each Contribution Fund.

2. At the time of Posting Contributions, choose "Update Fund Accounting" when the program asks "How would you like to post these contributions?"
