We use MS access to do some custom reporting. I notice that the copled table has fields called: yrstbal, tot_pled, amt_rcvd and amt_rem. How and when do these accumulators get updated. I can see that some are populated with the correct balances and some are 0.

The fields in question are there for use in the custom reports module in PC+.

To update the numbers in those fields, go to Contributions > Custom Reports > Pledges.

You will see some stuff flash on the screen. Once you see the Query List Manager, or the "Since no queries exist" dialog, go ahead and cancel out of everything.

The fields will now have proper balances in them.
