PC v.9, WinXP

Is there any way - other than altering the dates - of fixing the weekly pledges? This is the only "Total pledged" amount that is affected because of the 53 Sundays.

I was just trying to head off some questions from congregation members when they receive their quarterly statements at the end of next month!

What many people have done, is change the contributions setup to reflect that the contributions are due on a day other than Sunday. I believe there are only 52 Monday's in 2006.

Do you mean, when entering the start and end date on the pledge information, you would put 1/2/06 - 12/25/06?

I tried this and it still came out wrong.

I put in a Weekly contribution of $45.00 with a start date of 1/2/06 and end date of 12/25/06...my total pledge came to $2295.00 (51 weeks). I've even gotten the calendar out and counted the Monday's twice!

What am I doing wrong??

No ... the system administrator will have to adjust the contributions system settings to change the due day for pledges to Monday. You don't have to change any dates on the pledges, you can keep it at 01/01/06 thru 12/31/06, but the system setting needs to be adjusted.
