Printing Error

I have PowerChurch Plus 8.5.

The following error was pup-up; how can I fix it?

After I clicked OK and the program closed.

I did a search of the Knowledge Base and came up with this fix:

OLE IDISPATCH - ACCESS VIOLATION

This error is printer driver related and generally occurs when running statements within Contributions.

There were some changes made within the program that have prevented this error from occurring in some cases, so make sure you are on the latest program date. If you are and you still get this message, the next thing to try is to reinstall or update your printer driver.

I'd verify that your system is on the latest v8.5 Maintenance Release, which is 12/28/2005, and if it is, I'd take a look at your printer manufacturer's website to see if there is a newer printer driver. If not, then I'd try and reinstall the current driver.
