E-mailing year end statements

Post by laanra »

When I try to email 2006 contribution statements I want to send daily amounts which I choose in the process, but the person receives it as a summary. I did find a question on the forum addressing this problem which requires renaming some folders. However, this question was from April of 2005. I have version 9 and just downloaded the latest maintenance release. Just wondered if there is a different fix now. Thanks!

The fix is the same. It's a problem with Crystal Reports, and that's what you'd be renaming/reinstalling.

Here's the process:

1) Rename the following folders:
C:\Windows\crystal to C:\Windows\crystal_old
C:\Program Files\Seagate Software to C:\Program Files\Seagate Software_old
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Crystal Decisions to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Crystal Decisions_old

2) From the PowerChurch program directory (typically C:\PowerChurch\PCPLUS9) find the "Install" directory.

3) Inside the Install directory, run the following files in this order:
pc9cr85.exe
pc9cr9.exe
