Contribution Statement Error

When printing Individual statement ..get following error:

Program: Zipinfoszipinfofile
Line: 400
Error # 1440
OLE exception error, Exception code c0000090.OLE object maybe corrupt.

then 2nd error displays:
CRYSTAL REPORTS: Font Error
Font still in use

Any suggestions how to correct this problem?

Are you running the latest maintenance release? I believe this doesn't happen with that release.
