We have a duplicate account number 5125 , ($9,315)that we are unable to delete. It is showing up on the expense side of the Annual budget worksheet...other places too, I guess. We are going to have a budget planning meeting and we need to get this off the worksheet.

Under the column, Budgeted, the one line says, "Budget directly" and the other line says, "No Budget," but it lists the $9315

Are you sure its a duplicate account number, and not an account number that's in another fund, or one with a subaccount ??

The system should not allow duplicate account numbers in the same fund without a differentiation of a subaccount.
