End of Month Closing

When I close the end of month I get asked if I have printed all the needed reports. Are there reports that I can not access after the month has been closed?
Actually, that's not so much of an issue when you're closing the month as when you close the year. You will be able to see reports for previous months, though you will likely want to print a hardcopy at month close to compare against if there are any corrections made to the prior month.
After you close the year (in v8.5 and below), you will not be able to access the prior year's detail. There are some totals saved to use for comparison in reports. This will change in v9, and you'll be able to store multiple years of accounting data.
