How do you get a fund to show up on the Master account list. Thanks, gkenney

My guess is that instead of clicking on ADD, you were looking at an existing fund in the Maintain Accounting Funds window, and actually EDITED an existing fund rather than creating a NEW fund.
How do I know? Been there, done that.

Did you see most of your other funds, with the except of a few? Thanks, gkenney

Maybe I am mis-reading your question.
When you say "funds", are you talking about the two digit Accounting Funds like 01 for General Fund?
Or, do you mean accounts, like 01-1110-000.
In order to view your chart of accounts, you can run a report in Fund Account for the Chart of Accounts, or go into Fund Accounting, Maintain Chart of Accounts and click on the LOCATE tab.
To add a new account, click on the ADD tab in Maintain Chart of Accounts.

yeah, you should be able to click on the LOCATE tab and see all the available Accounting Funds.
If you accidentally EDITed an account, you will see something like Fund 01 with something other than General for a description.
Have you created a new Accounting Fund or Funds?

Do you see them in when you click on LOCATE in Maintain Accounting Funds?

I will give that a try, and let you know. Thanks, gkenney
