Can I just reprint payroll check stubs without having to void and reenter?

There's not a good way to reprint what's on the payroll check stubs except as you describe. The closest you came come to reprinting what's on the payroll check stubs is to run the Item Summary Report. A payroll check stub report might be a good report to include in a future version of PC+.
