Payroll Question - W-2 - 1099

We have several people at the church that are getting paid but are full-time employees for other employers. I was previousy told during the course of the year that they do not want to be considered as employees but contract employees and to be given 1099's except for the Pastor he is to recive a W-2.
At the beginning of the year I setup all of their information in the payroll module. Now that I have the information to print on a w-2 they want 1099's. Is there anyway I can get the W-2 information to print on a 1099 in the correct line items w/o having to reenter a year's worth of information in anothe module in order to print 1099's for these contract employees. This is the first year they will be given 1099's. Thanks for any info that anyone has to share.
