Printing w2's and w3's

Just upgraded to version 14 so I'm new to doing w2's and w3"s. I've completed both for our pastor who is the only employee. The software doesn't allow me to print the forms, the print button is grayed out. I had to clear the social security and Medicare wages and tips boxes (3 & 5) since our pastor opted out of those. What am I missing? Are we not allowed to print these before the first of January?
