Printing Alignment of W2 forms
I have encountered a problem printing W2 forms???? In attempting to print the form for two (2) employees, I have perfect registration for the first employee. However, the second employee is out of registration and I have not been able to find any way to correct this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We've seen this happen with the free forms you get from the IRS. Those aren't designed to be used in a laser/inkjet printer. The laser/inkjet forms you can get from most office supply stores or Dynamic Systems will work just fine.
That said, there is a way to adjust those forms to get them to work. When you're in the W2 screen, there is an "Align" button. Click that, then click "Advanced." This will give you the Report Designer. All you need to do is drag the Detail bar up the amount you're off. Normally, I think it's been about 1/8th of an inch. The ruler along the left side of the screen is your friend there. You may have to try a couple of times to get it just right - print a test on plain paper and compare that to the form. That should get you what you need.
