1099 doesn't print - program shuts down

Hello, I have been using Powerchurch for 11 or 12 years and never had this happen. Can anyone can explain why the 1099 would not print this year because it could not locate line 15(a,b) which have not changed and program would shut down immediately?

I moved this to a new topic as your issue is much different from the other issue. I need to know what version of Powerchurch are you using? If you're using v11.5 or V12, do you have the latest Maintenance Release installed? Have you tried to reindex the database? If not, try that and then try printing again.
