Hello... I'm using v9 and I can't seem to find how to view the general ledger of an account. The demo that came with the program is v8.5 and I found it in the demo version, problem is it's not the same in v9. I looked at every report I could find and nothing tells me the detail of the transactions that have been posted (only balances). The help function also seems to have no information on this.

Can someone please tell me how to do this in version 9? Thanks!

If all you're trying to do is view posted transactions then from the Fund Accouting menu, select View Posted Transactions. You can then find the transaction, highlight it, and press the Detail button, and up comes the details.

I'm trying to view all of the transactions that have occured in each individual account, like in a regular accounting program when you view the general ledger you see every entry in any of the accounts. I realize that it is probably called something else in this program to make it more "user friendly" but I've looked at every report I could find and none of them show the amount of detail that I need to see.

Use the account activity report. You can run it for all accounts or selected accounts and specify a range of accounting months to show.

Additionally, the report called "ledger report" in 8.5 is called "journal report" in v9. In v9, if you search for a single account, it will show both sides of the transactions for that account, unlike the 8.5 version.
