Budget Report: Make It Possible To Select by Sub-Acct Nos.

Dear Tech Support,
Could you please make it possible to select accounts to be included in the Budget Report by their sub-account number ?
As it is right now, we have ministries (Men's, Women's, Teens, Children's) in our church whose income & expense accounts have the same sub-account number. But their income accounts are in the 4000's, and their expense accounts are in the 7000's. So, in the "Budget Report" , you cannot connect a ministry's income & expense accounts in one budget report because they are not next to each other on the chart of accounts (not in one "range of accounts" numbers).
There is no way to get a good report to show how these ministries are doing in regard to their Budgeted Spending.
The Sub-account report , even when you "Include budget amounts", does not give a percentage of income's actual to budget, or percentage of expense's actual to budget, or percentage on the net difference between income & expense.
The Budget Report does not give the option to include a certain ministry's Income & Expense accounts that are connected by their sub-account numbers.
PLEASE help with this. Although I am very much a proponent of the choice to use Power Church at our church, the new Pastor, Office Administrator and the new Treasurer have recently suggested using a different software DUE TO the inability to get good Budget Reports for specific ministries within our church (Men's, Women's, Teens, Children's).
Please let me know if it is possible to make these options available. I am anxious to show the Pastor, Office Administrator & Treasurer how easy it is to get Budget Reports for specific ministries within our church because budgeting is very important to them.
