In years before this year we used PC v.9 in which we had a group of accounts that we call our "02 special funds". These are UNBUDGETED but we do move money in and out of them occasionally and we carry their balances forward into subsequent years. We converted to PC 11.55
in Jan 15 and imported our old budget into v. 11.55 which worked fine, but I don't see these special funds amounts now. Their account numbers are in our chart of accounts but how do I enter the various carry-over balances into v. 11.55? By hand? That's is OK if you tell me how to do it!

The system should have transferred these balances when you did the conversion. It sounds like you may not have fund balance accounts set up for these accounts, as I mentioned in your other post I just responded to.
