accounting

Post by eulaholland »

A sister church of ours is considering using PCP for their accounting. Since it is August (almost) and as far as I can tell, there is no place on PCP9 to put beginning balances, will they have to use two separate bookkeeping reports for the first year. They are now using Quik books but would love to switch it to PCP. :?:

If they want to use PC+, when they install the program, they will essentially start the Accounting from scratch, and they will have a chance to load all beginning balances at that time.

FWIW ... if they're not using all of PC+, that is for membership and contributions, then they are missing out on the full power of the program.

Using PC+ since 1999.
