Combining PowerChurch Data Files

We have been using PowerChurch on two different computers - on a laptop to enter contributions and on a desktop to enter chart of account information - and would like to combine them to one computer. Would it be possible to copy and paste relevant data files from the laptop over to the desktop without copying over existing data files?

You do NOT want to 'copy and paste' files, you DO want to use the backup facility to backup the contributions, mailing list and profiles from the laptop, and restore them on the desktop.

Then I would do a full backup on the desktop to restore to the laptop, that is if you want to continue using the laptop with the system.
