Going from 1 fund to 2

Post by nccchurch »

We are at the beginning of our fiscal year and this year want to have a separate fund for Building. When we set this up, will we be able to go back to the prior years and see everything in one fund....or will this change the past?

Thank you,
Kathy

I seem to remember ... version 9 is really the only version that allows you to keep data from year to year. So if you're using version 9, all the prior year's data will be in the original fund. I would definitely make a backup and save it to CD before starting to add the new fund.
