At the first of the year we converted from PowerChurch9 to v.11.55 and we were able to import and put in all our new budget figures for our "01 general fund" accounts with no problem just as always.
But we also had a few non-budgeted accounts in our old system that we call the "02 special funds" which carry balances from year to year.
How can I "import" these NON-BUDGETED "special funds" accounting pages into our 2015 v. 11.55 software so that we can make entries as needed just as we do with our general fund accounts? When I try to pull up a Report of our 02 funds all I see is a blank grid!

I'm pretty sure you have to do this manually.k9vet wrote:At the first of the year we converted from PowerChurch9 to v.11.55 and we were able to import and put in all our new budget figures for our "01 general fund" accounts with no problem just as always.

What did you do in version 9? You shouldn't have to do anything different in version 11,5 that you did in version 9.
How are you tracking these carry over balances? I have a feeling that you are looking at an income and expense report. The income and expense does not show balances, but how much has come in and what was spent for a time period. To see balances you need to be looking at the balance sheet.
