Download to Adobe Crashes PowerChurch

Running PowerChurch Online on a Win7 desktop.
PowerChurch 'save as' works for Word & Excel.
When I try to 'save as' to a .pdf file, PowerChurch immediately crashes.

Do you see an error message, or is the window closing when save as PDF?
I suspect the window is closing. This could be the result of an antivirus/malware detection program is detecting a file is attempting to open an unsigned older version PDF file. Does PowerChurch also close if you try to Print a report? The Family Membership - Defined Custom Codes is usually a short 1 page report.

Let's put this one down to gremlins, or the loose nut on the keyboard.
When I tried to recreate the problem tonight, everything worked fine.
