Just installed the new IDS for Mac client. Adobe also updated itself, so not sure which has caused the problem. When I click the print button on a report or check, instead of it creating a pdf and then letting me print, it is now going straight to the printer. I found an older post about this and I clicked the print preview box in the IDS printer setup and that causes the system to lock up.

Direct-to-printer is how the IDS client is *supposed* to work, and is the way it works by default in Windows. I'll test the print preview on the Mac and see if I get an error message or anything that I can pass on to the IDS guys.

I re-installled the previous version of IDS and the print preview works. Must be an issue with the new version.
