I am having a problem getting all the details for members to print on the church directory. I selected include members whether they are included in mailouts or not, and I selected include mobile numbers. I used my family as my test record and I know that our mobile numbers are in the database. However when I select family and church directory detail, they don't print. I am running V9 on XP. Any suggestions will be most welcome.

Only phone numbers entered on the family level are included in the church directory. Exactly at what step are you gettin this prompt to include mobile phones?

Just as an aside, do people know that you are going to include mobile phone numbers and have you given them the opportunity to opt out of releasing this information? I personally would not want everyone in the church to have my work or mobile phone number.
