We provide a birthday list to our AV team so that each week, they display the upcoming member birthdays. We also create mailing labels so that cards can be sent. For January, I printed the birthday list and the mailing labels using the same criteria which was month and day 01/01 through 01/31. When I compared the lists, all were included in the labels, but some were missing from the printed report. I used the selected date reports and the mailing labels report in personal profile maintenance. I reindexed to make sure, but got the same results. We are using version 9.0. Thanks for your help.

Under Family Mailing List (or Integrated Data Entry), if you pull up the family of one of the folks in question, notice the three checkboxes under the phone numbers. If "Include in Membership Module Reports" is not checked, but "Include in Mailouts" is, that will produce the exact result you're seeing.
