Update Outlook Contacts

When I update my Outlook contacts from the Personal Profiles menu, certain telephone numbers remain after the update, even if they have been deleted in the PC Personal Profile and/or Family Profile. I choose to "delete Outlook contacts that do not match this selection." Is there something else I need to do or set?

PowerChurch will not delete Outlook contacts that were not created by PowerChurch, and the contact in Outlook still contains the extra user defined field linking the two together.
