Good morning. I've discovered that we've created two profiles for the same individual but with different envelop numbers. Is there a way to merge these two profiles and put one of the envelop numbers back into the queue? Thank you for your assistance? Joyce

Versions 11.55 and higher have a Merge Duplicate Profiles utility found under Membership > Personal Profiles > Setup.

I'm trying to merge profiles and receive an error. I'm working in Version 14.4

MESSAGE: Index tag is not found

FWIW ... its often best to start a new topic, as these tend to get lost if you're replying to a 2 year old thread.

In any case, have you tried running a REINDEX from the utilities menu? Do that, and retry the merge.

I can confirm that Reindex will fix this issue.

Thank you for the advise on posting. I wasn't sure the educate. I have not Reindexed. I will do that in hopes it fixes my problem. Thank you all.
