Attendance Question

I have been doing the attendance records recently. Every week there are several people who I have no recorded information on and who do not fill out a visitor's card. Is there anyway to include these people so that at the end of the year when you pull attendance records for different reports they are more accurate? Some weeks, there have been as many as 20 or more.

Unless you actually have a name, no. What we do is enter the data from our 'pew pads', but also have the ushers do a count of those attending worship. They rarely total the same number, but we do have that 'raw' numerical data, which we keep in an Excel Spreadsheet.
