1. Choose which Family Mailing List record you want to use. If they're moving to one or the other's location, that makes it easy.
2. Find the lady's or gent's Family Mailing List record (or the parent's

) in the Integrated Data Entry function, highlight his or her personal profile from the family members tab, and then click the MOVE PROFILE button.
3. Select the mailing list record you identified in step 1, and the system will move the personal profile (and all its data) to that family mailing list record.
If the Family Mailing List record only had the one personal profile attached, the system (In v11.5, and I think in v11.1) will ask if you want to now delete that mailing list record. Do so, its no longer needed.
4. Head back to the mailing list record selected in step 1. Update the Mailing List Record to reflect the Mr & Mrs, update the Salutation.
5. Head to the Family Members tab, select the lady's personal profile, and update it to reflect the married name, the date of marriage, etc.. Do the same for the Spouses date of marriage.
Lastly, if you are going to merge the envelopes, do so from the
Contributions => Reassign => Reassign an envelope number and change the one number to the other. The system will then merge all contributions into one envelope.
