I would like to change the head of household in an existing record. Is there a way to do that.

Are you talking about rearranging the Personal Profiles currently listed under the Mailing List Record, or just changing the name on the Mailing List Record.

In the first case what you would do is this:

1. Change the Directory Sequence number of the 1st record from 1 to 10.
2. Change the Dir Seq number of the person you want to make the "Head of Household" to 1
3. Change the Dir Seq number of the original Head of Household to the number that was assigned to the NEW Head of Household

Example: John Smith is Dir Seq #1, it is then changed to #10
Mary Smith is currently Dir Seq #2, it is then changed to #1
John Smith is then changed from #10 to #2


If its the SECOND case then:

Just change the name of the Household Key to what you want it to be.
