Wishlist: It would be good if there was a way to have previously recorded attendance data appear on the same report with blanks for the future data yet to be entered. Maybe I'm missing it?? Thanks!

Try running the Attendance Register Form in the Weekly Column Format.

It won't show you previously entered attendance data, but it will keep you from having to make your own forms in Excel."

I have to admit .. this would be a good idea.

Real Life Scenario -

Adult Sunday School class. Form is printed for the next 12 Sundays with all of last years members included. This past Sunday, two new people joined the class. So the class leader can see what the attendance has been so far, I have to print out that on a separate sheet, add the two new members, then print out a new check off sheet starting with the upcoming Sunday.

Having it available all on one sheet gives an 'at a glance' display, and the sheet only needs to be updated when the blank spaces at the bottom get full.
