Allergies - Custom Reports

I have created a custom report that captures allergies and medical conditions, but when I export the report to excel the field simply reads memo. However if you hover over the word memo the details show up on the screen. How can I get the details of the allergy or medical condition to display in the excel field so I can incorporate it into my larger excel report?

Unfortunately, all "memo" fields (the notes fields) in the PowerChurch database work that way. It isn't possible to export them to Excel or anything other than a printed report or one of the database file formats.
