Hello,
When I input or change personal status under Personal Profile to let's say "member", or try to add member, I can use the drop down box and place it in the box. But when I go to save it, that box goes back to the original
Sometimes I will have to do this numerous times before it takes and sometimes it does not take at all. Any thoughts?

What version of Powerchurch are you using ? Are you clicking the SAVE button immediately when you do the status change? Are you running Powerchurch over a network ??

-using powerchurch 11.5; and not over the network system; only for upgrades.

It sounds like there may be an index issue. Go to Utilities > Reindex. Choose to reindex Membership files. Once that is complete, go back and try again.
