I've done several searches to see if this has been asked anywhere else and I can't find anything, so I'm asking it here. I apologize if it's been covered and please feel free to merge this with another thread if so...

We are in the process of better organizing our PowerChurch database with the hopes of integrating it more into office use. One thing we're struggling with is how to best move people in and out of our custom Personal Statuses. For instance, we have a Personal Status for Regular Attenders and a separate one for Occasional Attenders, and another for Inactive Members. So, we're wondering if there is any way to use the attendance stats from a particular Activity/Skill (the one we've labeled Sunday Morning Services) to automatically sort people into the appropriate Personal Status. For instance, placing people who have attended the Sunday Morning Service Activity/Skill 9 or more times over a 12 week span into the Regular Attender Personal Status. I guess it would be similar to an Attendance Report, but instead of the result being a list it would be an automated re-ordering of Personal Status for the individuals in the Activity/Skill. Is something like this even possible? If not, is it something that might be added to a feature wish list? Thanks in advance?

There is no current way to do this in an automated fashion, however, you could request such a feature by sending an email to wishlist@powerchurch.com .. please list EXACTLY what you are expecting, and what you would want this feature to do, along with any optional settings you would think would be applicable.

In other words, as much information as possible so the developer can see what you're looking for.

The best option right now is the detail weekly attendance by activity type. This groups by family, but it shows each time a person attended and their current personal status. You will have to count the number of times a person was present.

The other option is to use the summary of personal attendance. This will give you a count of the number of times a person was present but does not list their current personal status. Will adding Personal Status to this report do what you are asking for?
