Every time I ask to print the Activity/Skill Description list the list comes out with hidden words printed in/behind the list. I was wondering if everyone has this happen when they print the list or is it something in my settings for printing. It has been doing this for the last several years and I have tried different printers and it still shows hidden words. We have version 11.5 update now and it still does it. Thanks for any thoughts on this.

Hidden words ?? Could you be more specific ?? Do you see these words when you view the report through Powerchurch, after printing? Are the words legible so you can read them ??

Have you tried saving the report as a PDF (select the Floppy Disk icon, then select Acrobat PDF)? Try it and see if that has the same issue.

I see the hidden words in preview and in the printed documents. They also save to PDF when I tried that.
Some of the words look like they might come out of the descriptions that are legible. It is hard to describe but I would say it is like the top half of each letter is all you can see of the words and they are showing in the spaces between the lines.

I can honestly say that on two different computers, one networked, and one standalone; I do not see this issue. I can also say this is the first such post I've seen with something like this happening.

Since this is occurring even after upgrading from an earlier version of Powerchurch, I suspect that there may be an issue within the database.

Not sure what can be done on the forum. You may have to call tech support directly.

One last thing, is there another computer you can use on the network, or if stand alone, that you can install Powerchurch on, and then restore your database to see if the same issue occurs there ?

So it sounds like it is just a problem I am experiencing, meaning it is something within my database. I thought maybe others had experienced this too so thought I would ask. It is strange that it only happens on that one report. Thanks for your help.
