Offices Served info from Activities Role

In our Activities, we have the role of Chairman/Director and Assistant Chairman/Director set-up and would like this information in the Offices Served area as well. Can the information from Activities be copied or transfered to Offices Served or does it need to be entered seperately? Thanks!
