Using Outlook Contacts Efficiently

I just learned how to use update Outlook contacts to export selected email addresses to the default Outlook Contacts list. And then I was able to delete all those contacts by exporting a list with no selections and choosing "Delete PC profiles ..."

Both those things worked well.

But, what I really want to do is to send an email to the PC profiles that are in Outlook contacts and not to any other entries that might be in the Outlook Contacts list.

I can see that PC uses Outlook's "User Defined Fields" to mark the contacts that came from PC profiles.

Does anyone know how to create an Outlook distribution list using only the contacts that came from PC Profiles?
