Schedule Access MDB Export

We would like to automatically refresh the MDB (Utilities/Export to Access MDB) every night. Is there a standalone utility (similar to the reindex utility) available for that??
I cannot find any documentation that states this can be done as the routine that does this is spawned off the main program using parameters set by the main program when its running.
