Has anyone developed an unused room report for a given period of time for the events module?

Are you wanting a printed text report? Have you tried going to the event calendar and switching it to 'plan' mode. This lists all rooms in rows and time in columns. You should be able to look at the time and see graphically what rooms are available.

For planning purposes, a text report would be great providing that you had the ability to selected the date and time range in question. The plan view is some what helpful except that whwn you print it, it does not reprint the room info on each page of the time columns. Thank you for the prompt reply.
