The following message comes up after I download the MR and try to open.

Setup was unable to create the directory
“C:Users\Owner\AppData\Local\Temp\is-265TG.tmp”
Error 5: Access is denied.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Sounds like the User's account on the computer does not have admin privileges. That said, are you downloading the MR manually instead of using the system to do the download ??

If so, just download the file to the Powerchurch directory. If you're using v11.5, put it in the x:\powerchurch\pcplus115 directory, and the system will automatically install it next time the program starts.
