A new Maintenance Release dated 12/31/2025 has been released for PowerChurch Plus Version 12/12.2.

This is the final Maintenance Release for Version 12.2. Due to the release of Version 15 of PowerChurch Plus in November, Version 12 has now reached End of Maintenance status. No further bug fixes or features will be developed for PowerChurch Plus Version 12.

The update will automatically download and install, but you can trigger the download by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release. You can also manually download and install the Maintenance Release by visiting https://www.powerchurch.com/mr.

This Maintenance Release resolves the following issues:

Membership

• Selected Names Addresses and Phones report leaves a data file open in certain situations

Fund Accounting

• Delete Old Data screen has text that is cut off at certain display DPIs

Accounts Payable

• 1099-MISC and NEC forms and filing processes updated for 2025 tax year
• Date entered on Quick Check screen is reset on the Print Check dialog

Accounts Receivable

• Maintain Customers screen doesn't refresh after deleting a customer

Payroll

• W2 forms and filing processes updated for 2025 tax year
• W2 Box 12 code II - Medicare waiver payments... added
• New Report: Qualified Overtime Hours - Run this to get the amounts to report for employees in Box 14 note (more info)
