Email Error

I've been working with Power Church for a few years. I'm trying to get used to sending out bulk email messages using PC+. I have version 11 and each time I try to send an email, it gives me 38 addresses that it can't send to. I have a total of 136 email addresses, and it's always the same 38 people that I get the error reports on. While it's sending, it flashes back and forth between "sending email" and "connecting to server". When I print out the report of the email, this is that the error message says: 4.7.0 Try again later, closing connection. (MAIL) followed by a list of numbers and letters.

Any idea if this is a Power Church problem or a server problem? I need to know who to talk to to get this figured out.

Thanks :)

The same 38 email addresses?? OK, first off, I'm going to assume that you can send email to these addresses using Outlook, Thunderbird or a web email account, right ??

What I would try first is to setup a delay in Powerchurch to only send 25 emails every 5 or 10 minutes to see if the server is having an issue with too many emails being sent at once.

I can send to these people using Thunderbird. I'll try setting a delay and see what happens.

Thank you so much.
