Hi everyone! I’m in the middle of closing out the third quarter here in Lubbock and last week I tried to print a batch of contribution receipts, about 40 of them.
The problem is that the formatting is coming out all messed up on the page, kind of shifted to one side, like the printer isn’t following the layout from PowerChurch. I checked the printer settings, paper size, margins, etc. but nothing seems to help. Has anyone else had this happen with their printer?
I opened a ticket with tech support but still waiting to hear back. While waiting for Dale, a friend of mine, we ended up doing a little update to the hall too. We wanted to replace the old worn-out rug by the reception area to find a modern jute rug. That’s where people usually wait when a volunteer is trying to sort out computer issues, so we figured we might as well make it a little nicer.
Anyway, if anyone has run into this printing issue before, I’d really appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!

Are other reports printing properly? You didn't say if you're using Powerchurch desktop, or Powerchurch Online, that would help.Leah56 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 08, 2026 3:23 amHi everyone!
