Import System (Password) Settings

I am wanting to import the password settings to a laptop that is not networked. What module would I import to accomplish that?
The system files are only included in All Data Files/and Pictures backup types.
If you create this type of backup, you can then restore selected files from the backup, choosing only those files that start with the letters "PC".
