I have recently assumed the position of church treasurer and do not know the System Admin password for our Powerchurch set up. How can I reset that password w/o knowing what it currently is?

This is one of those times you really HAVE to call Powerchurch support. This is not something that can be put on an open Forum.

I seem to remember that they will email you (or give you a URL) for a form that you'll have to fax back to prove that you are authorized for access to the system admin area of Powerchurch.

It may sound like a pain, but it IS for the protection of your data.

Thank you! I knew it would be something a bit complicated - thankfully! Wouldn't make sense to have passwords if you could change them too easily
